• Manage the guest through their experience, always working to ensure guest’s experiences are phenomenal
• Maintain the appointment book to meet guest requests and maximize the service provider’s productivity.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and assist guest’s with continuing their service at home through the use of homecare products
• Anticipate areas of opportunity to take proactive steps to attain the highest service levels.
• Strive to meet both individual and department goals.
• Ensure accurate business records by conducting opening and closing duties and utilizing accurate cashiering techniques.
• Maintain homecare inventories
• Actively collaborate with service providers to develop their business.
